Job summary

Baxter is seeking a quality-focused professional to implement and improve quality systems in the Devices departments. The role involves interviewing, hiring, training, directing work, and applying lean methods to drive operational excellence.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, knowledge of FDA manufacturing, and Six Sigma/Lean experience. This on-site position offers comprehensive benefits and a strong commitment to safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology, Biology, Chemistry or Engineering.
• Good knowledge of quality systems and FDA manufacturing.
• Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent preferred.
• Lean Manufacturing skills and experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement quality systems, processes and procedures in the Devices departments.
• Interview, hire, train, plus plan and direct work; appraisal and corrective actions.
• Support process validation, capability, and control studies for assigned areas.
• Investigate customer complaints and nonconformances; implement corrective actions.
• Trend KPI for the Devices departments; communicate shifts efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, SOPs, and Baxter procedures.
