Baxter is seeking a Quality Supervisor in Cleveland, MS to lead the Solution departments, implement quality systems and mentor technicians. You will drive process validation, investigate defects, and coordinate cross-functional quality initiatives to ensure product conformance and regulatory compliance.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in a science or engineering field, Six Sigma or equivalent, and strong leadership.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology, Biology, Chemistry or Engineering.
• Good knowledge of quality systems and procedures.
• Six Sigma Green Belt preferred.
• Lean Manufacturing experience preferred.
• FDA manufacturing preferred.

Aufgaben

• Oversee quality supervisory oversight for the Solution areas.
• Implement, maintain, and improve quality systems, processes and procedures.
• Manage technicians and ensure teamwork.
• Oversee training and cross training of technicians.
• Train and integrate new associates.
• Support process validation, capability, and control studies.
• Investigate customer complaints and perform defect analysis.
• Lead nonconformance investigations and corrective actions.
• Track and trend key quality metrics for the Solution departments.
• Make independent decisions on product conformance and communicate results.
• Interface with plant functions and global teams.
• Support Lean, problem solving and project management tools.
• Maintain knowledge of plant systems and documentation.
