Job summary

Expanse is seeking a Quality Supervisor to ensure all panels and processes meet UL508A, UL698A, UL891, HazLoc, and other standards. You will lead quality inspections, drive continual improvement, and oversee a team of quality technicians in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You’ll partner with engineering and manufacturing leadership to maintain QMS documentation, lead 3S initiatives, and develop training programs to bolster product excellence and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Develop and maintain a Quality Management System.
• Improve production quality via lean and 3S initiatives.
• Validate PLC programs and control logic across brands.
• Maintain ISO9001 documentation.
• Ensure compliance with UL/HazLoc/ETL standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily quality inspections with technicians.
• Develop training programs for production staff.
• Coordinate with engineering on print, BOM, and labels.
• Notify customers of panel completions weekly.
• Ensure regulatory compliance of inspected products.
