Job summary

Panelmatic, Inc. is seeking a Quality Control Supervisor to oversee in-process and final inspections of relay panels, ICPs, and electrical control panels, ensuring conformity to drawings, engineering requirements, and applicable codes.

You will coach inspectors, coordinate with Engineering, Production, and Testing, review records, and drive containment and corrective actions to prevent defects, while promoting a quality-at-the-source culture.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of work experience in a Quality Control Supervisor or similar role.
• Experience with quality control procedures and standards.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, procedures, weld maps, PFDs/P&IDs, and related drawings.

Responsibilities

• Supervise QC inspectors in-process and final inspections.
• Review engineering drawings, schematics, wiring diagrams, BOMs, cable schedules, and customer specifications.
• Verify panel construction, component installation, wiring, labeling, routing, termination, grounding, and workmanship.
• Coordinate FAT activities with Engineering, Production, Testing, and the customer.
• Identify, document, and disposition nonconformances/NCRs and drive corrective actions.
