Job summary

Colonial Group is seeking a Quality Engineer to support Operations, Engineering and Manufacturing in a Wisconsin UL 508A shop. You will guide quality processes, build documentation and inspection plans to meet customer specs, standards and certifications.

You will lead audits, drive continuous improvement, and train teams on workmanship and verification. A bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in a related field are required; CQE/CQA is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in industrial quality or manufacturing environment.
• ASQ CQE/CQA preferred; UL 508A knowledge highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality and process improvement projects.
• Develop and maintain inspection plans and documentation.
• Support audits and customer/vendor interactions.
• Train production leads and quality technicians on inspection requirements.
