Job summary

Panelmatic, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Engineer to ensure products meet reliability, workmanship, and quality program standards.

You will lead manufacturing quality processes across multiple facilities, develop robust inspection guidelines, and drive CAPA programs to prevent recurrence, while aligning with ISO 9001 requirements. Ideal candidates have experience in ISO-9001 environments, certifications such as Six Sigma Black Belt or CQE, and a proactive approach to quality

Qualifications

Experience in ISO-9001 environment preferred.
ISO-9001 lead/internal auditor certification preferred.
Lean/Six Sigma experience preferred.
Six Sigma Black Belt and CQE certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead manufacturing quality processes for Youngstown and Brookfield facilities.
Develop and maintain robust quality control procedures, work instructions, and inspection guidelines for electrical products and components.
Assist with ISO 9001 Quality Management System implementation and maintenance.
Interpret and review electrical drawings, schematics, and specifications for customer and regulatory alignment.
Perform inspections and tests of electrical products and assemblies using specialized equipment.
Lead root cause analysis and implement CAPA actions.
Collaborate with Engineering, Project Management, Procurement and Production to meet requirements and address quality issues.
Support calibration and maintenance of testing equipment and conduct FAT-related activities.
