Job summary

Panelmatic, Inc. is seeking a Quality Control Supervisor to lead QC activities for relay panels, ICPs, electrical control panels, and related assemblies. You will ensure products meet drawings, engineering requirements, and applicable codes while driving issue resolution and preventing defects.

The role requires supervising inspectors, reviewing drawings and BOMs, and coordinating with Engineering and Production to maintain quality standards.

Qualifications

• 7+ years as a Quality Control Supervisor or similar role
• Experience with QC procedures and standards
• Ability to manage a team and maintain attention to detail
• Ability to read/interpret engineering drawings, schematics, PFDs and related drawings
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

• Supervise QC inspectors performing in-process and final inspections.
• Review engineering drawings, schematics, BOMs, cable schedules, and customer specs.
• Verify panel construction, wiring, labeling, routing, grounding, and workmanship.
• Coordinate FAT activities with Engineering, Production, Testing, and the customer.
• Identify, document, and disposition nonconformances/NCRs.
• Lead root-cause/corrective-action efforts to prevent defects.
