Job summary

Jabil is seeking a Quality Supervisor for DHR and Inspection on 2nd shift, M-F, 1:30pm-10pm onsite in Monument, CO. You will supervise inspectors, manage DHRs, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

The role partners with the QA Manager, drives continuous improvement, supports audits, and guides staff development. A Bachelor’s in Life Science/Engineering and 5+ years in medical devices are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Science, Engineering or Physical Science preferred.
• 5+ years of related experience in Medical Device environment.
• Some supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of GxP, GAMP and ISO 13485.

Responsibilities

• Directs and administers the activities of Inspectors and DHR employees.
• Leads health and safety compliance per policies.
• Evaluate staffing to maximize personnel utilization and cross-train.
