Job summary

Jabil is seeking a Quality Supervisor to lead Quality Inspectors, drive process improvements, and ensure compliance with customer requirements. The role focuses on mentoring teams, maintaining training programs, and aligning staffing with production goals.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing and a strong background in quality systems. This 3rd shift position in Utah offers growth, stability, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or leadership experience in manufacturing, quality, or related environment.
• Experience with quality inspection processes and quality systems preferred.
• Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and quality-related documentation systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of Quality Inspectors and other assigned personnel.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop Quality team members.
• Monitor team performance and provide ongoing feedback and development.
• Develop and maintain training programs to ensure employees are qualified to customer and company requirements.
• Coordinate staffing and scheduling to meet production and quality objectives.
• Train and qualify inspectors to customer-specific quality standards and inspection requirements.
• Monitor quality and productivity metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide technical support and guidance on inspection-related issues.
• Support 5S and workplace organization initiatives.
• Promote a culture of quality, accountability, teamwork, and employee engagement.
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements, company procedures, and all safety, health, security, and operational standards.
