Job summary

Martech Medical Products is seeking a detail-oriented QC Inspector to support our medical device manufacturing operations. This role inspects components and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.

The position operates on 2nd shift (4:00 PM – 2:00 AM) at our Harleysville facility. Requires high school diploma, 1–3 years of QC inspection experience, and proficiency with calipers, micrometers, and gauges.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of QC inspection experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience using precision measuring equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Basic math and English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-process and final inspections of parts and finished products.
• Document inspection results and maintain quality records.
• Use measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Review drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
• Identify and report nonconforming materials.
• Support production and engineering teams in resolving quality issues.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, ISO 13485, GMP, and company requirements.
