Job summary

Jabil in Grantsville, UT is seeking a Quality Supervisor for second shift (Mon-Fri, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM). You will lead Quality Inspectors, drive adherence to customer and company requirements, and push continuous improvement across production lines.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, strong leadership and problem-solving skills, and a solid background in quality inspection methods. Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of supervisory or leadership experience in manufacturing/quality.
• Experience leading teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with quality inspection processes and systems preferred.
• Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of Quality Inspectors and other assigned personnel.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop Quality team members.
• Monitor team performance and provide feedback and development.
• Develop and maintain training programs to meet requirements.
• Coordinate staffing to meet production and quality objectives.
• Train inspectors to customer-specific quality standards.
• Monitor quality and productivity metrics and drive improvements.
• Provide technical support on inspection-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, security, and standards.
