Job summary

Panduit is seeking a quality leader to drive inspection excellence, non-conformance management, and continuous improvement across our operations in the United States. You will shape quality strategy, mentor a team, and ensure compliance with ISO/IATF standards.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of quality leadership, Lean Six Sigma expertise, a bachelor’s degree, and strong coaching skills. Salary ranges from $65,000 to $90,000 with comprehensive benefits.

• Set and monitor short- and long-term team objectives; drive performance, cross‑functional communication, and stop-work authority.

What You Will Do

• Lead and develop a team of quality professionals, ensuring excellence in inspection, non‑conformance management, procedural compliance, and continuous improvement.
• Provide technical leadership and coaching in quality tools and methodologies, including FMEA, Control Plans, GD&T, MSA/GRR, Cpk, RCA, ECN implementation, QMS audits, and document control.
• Establish and execute short‑ and long‑term team objectives aligned with business goals; monitor performance, communicate cross‑functionally, drive continuous improvement, and exercise stop‑work authority to protect quality and compliance.
• Mentor, coach, and develop team members through technical instruction, performance feedback, and accountability, fostering engagement, capability growth, and a high‑performance culture.

What You Will Bring

• Education: Bachelor’s degree required or relevant equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
• Experience: 5–7 years of related quality leadership experience.
• Skills: Lean Six Sigma, ISO 9001 Certification, or IATF required; Certified Quality Auditor preferred; ASQ Certified Quality Engineer preferred; Microsoft Suite; leadership; and customer service.
