The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of quality leadership, Lean Six Sigma expertise, a bachelor’s degree, and strong coaching skills. Salary ranges from $65,000 to $90,000 with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years of quality leadership experience.
• Lean Six Sigma, ISO 9001/IATF knowledge required; leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of quality professionals, ensuring inspection, non-conformance management and continuous improvement.
• Provide technical leadership in quality tools and methodologies (FMEA, Control Plans, GD&T, MSA/GRR, RCA, ECN, QMS audits).
• Set and monitor short- and long-term team objectives; drive performance, cross‑functional communication, and stop-work authority.
