Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead & Develop the Team: Inspire, coach, and manage Warehouse employees. Support hiring decisions and partner with leadership on promotions, compensation, and performance management.
• Drive Operational Excellence: Oversee efficient daily warehouse operations, ensuring flawless receiving, picking, packing, and shipping. Coordinate smooth shift handovers to maintain continuity and performance.
• Plan & Execute with Precision: Create and manage schedules, workforce plans, and work instructions. Oversee inventory control and replenishment of warehouse supplies, spare parts, and materials.
• Ensure Safety & Quality Standards: Champion service, quality, and compliance. Maintain high standards in safety, security, housekeeping, and proper use of equipment and machinery.
• Optimize & Innovate: Identify and lead process improvement initiatives. Execute strategic projects and collaborate cross‑functionally to enhance warehouse performance.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience: 3+ years in warehousing with experience leading teams. Experience in international wave planning, analyzing, scheduling, and planning orders.
• Skills: Strong communication and problem‑solving skills, technical proficiency in Oracle and Excel, and ability to present information effectively.

• Compensation: Expected annual base salary range 65,000 - 80,000 with a 15% shift differential. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
