Job summary

CSP in Auburn Hills, a leader in lightweight composite components for transportation, seeks a Senior Director of Quality to shape quality strategy and drive excellence from design to manufacture. Lead QA operations, optimize the Quality Management System, and ensure regulatory alignment and customer satisfaction.

Set metrics, report on performance, mentor teams, and advance supplier quality, audits, and corrective actions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in a senior quality role in an accredited quality management system environment.
• Experience with QMS, 8D, Lean, Six Sigma is a plus.
• Auditing experience and supplier quality management.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality assurance operations aligned with business strategy.
• Optimize and maintain the Quality Management System.
• Drive process improvements for efficiency and cost savings.
• Establish quality practices enabling scalability and customer satisfaction.
• Report monthly on quality system performance and customer experience; manage audits and corrective actions.
