CiresiMorek is seeking a Director of Quality in California to provide strategic and operational leadership for the Quality Management System. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, or a related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of progressive quality leadership experience within a regulated manufacturing environment.
• ASQ certifications (CMQ/OE, CQE) or Lead Auditor certification.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt.

Responsibilities

• Lead the organization's quality strategy by integrating quality principles into daily manufacturing operations and driving improvements in first-pass yield, scrap reduction, process capability, and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee the Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with regulatory, industry, and customer requirements while maintaining audit readiness and effective quality processes.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain to improve manufacturing performance through structured problem solving, risk management, statistical analysis, and corrective action initiatives.
• Serve as the executive quality leader for customer and supplier relationships, driving issue resolution, performance improvement, and long-term quality partnerships.
• Develop and mentor Quality leaders while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, operational excellence, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
