Job summary

Main Line Health, Inc. seeks a Quality & Staff Education Coordinator for HomeCare & Hospice to lead quality programs, coordinate QAPI plans, and drive performance improvement. The role focuses on auditing outcomes, regulatory compliance, survey readiness, and education in collaboration with Clinical Nurse and Therapy Educators.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in home care/hospice and hold a health-related bachelor's plus a higher degree; PA licensure and PI/PM certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in education, performance improvement, or management is required.
• Working knowledge of Medicare Conditions of Participation and Joint Commission standards, OSHA, and Infection Control.
• Three to five years of home care or hospice experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the quality programs for the Home Health & Hospice program.
• Audit clinical performance, quality indicators, and outcomes of care.
• Prepare for survey readiness activities and ADR/appeal processes.
• Coordinate educational activities related to quality and performance improvement.
