The Clinical Nurse Educator at Main Line Health HomeCare & Hospice leads education initiatives to enhance patient safety and quality of care. You will develop curricula, provide orientation and competency validation, and mentor nursing staff across the continuum of care.

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years' clinical practice experience required.
• Two (2) years' experience in an educational setting preferred.
• Graduation from an accredited school of professional nursing required; at least one degree in nursing (BSN or MSN). A Master's degree preferred.
• Pennsylvania RN license required (or multistate license via Nurs. Licensure Compact).
• Valid driver's license and automobile insurance required.
• Certification in a specialty area preferred.
• BLS required upon hire.

Responsabilités

• Lead education initiatives to enhance safety, quality of patient care, and professional development in the nursing department.
• Oversee orientation, training, competency validation, and continuing education of nursing staff.
• Develop curricula, coach staff, and support interprofessional team training initiatives.
• Act as a consultant, planner, implementer, evaluator, and innovator for education initiatives.
• Contribute to evidence-based practice, clinical research, and adherence to professional standards.
