Job summary

KeystoneCare is seeking a Director of Quality, Compliance & Clinical Education to lead education and QA for its Home Health and Hospice services. You will develop curricula, oversee audits, analyze outcomes, and collaborate with clinical leadership to ensure regulatory compliance and optimal patient care.

The role requires an RN license in PA, a Master’s in Nursing or Education, a BSN, and a minimum of five years of clinical nursing experience in home health or hospice.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing or Education required.
• BSN required.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical nursing experience in home health, hospice, or related field.
• Experience in nursing education or quality assurance preferred.
• Strong leadership and excellent communication skills.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver educational programs for nursing staff in home health and hospice care.
• Implement and oversee quality assurance measures, conducting audits and performance reviews.
• Evaluate and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership to ensure adherence to regulatory standards and policies.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to nursing staff for professional development.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings with insights on education and quality management.
• Stay current with industry trends and regulatory changes.
• Facilitate orientation and ongoing training sessions for new hires.
