KeystoneCare is seeking a Director of Quality, Compliance & Clinical Education to lead our Home Health and Hospice quality initiatives and educational programs for nursing staff. You will develop curricula, oversee QA processes, analyze outcomes, and drive improvement while ensuring regulatory compliance across services.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing to practice in PA.
• Master's degree in Nursing or Education; BSN required.
• Minimum 5 years clinical nursing experience in home health or hospice.
• Experience in nursing education or quality assurance preferred.
• Strong leadership capabilities and excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and best practices in home health and hospice care.
• Ability to analyze data and implement quality improvement initiatives.
• CPR certification required.
• Driver's License and Car Insurance in good standing.

KeystoneCare is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Director of Quality, Compliance & Clinical Education for our Home Health and Hospice services. In this role, you will lead our quality assurance initiatives, develop educational programs, and enhance the skills of our nursing staff to ensure the highest standards of patient care.

In this position, you will create, implement, and maintain educational curricula focused on home health and hospice care protocols, ensuring that nurses stay abreast of the latest practices and regulatory requirements. You will also oversee quality assurance processes, evaluate performance and care outcomes, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance patient care. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams will promote a culture of continuous improvement and compliance with governmental regulations.
