• Current RN license in good standing (PA)
• Master's degree in Nursing or Education; BSN required
• 3–5 years clinical nursing experience in home health or hospice
• Experience in nursing education or quality assurance preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Regulatory standards knowledge in home health and hospice
• CPR certification required
• Driver's license and car insurance in good standing
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions
