Job summary

Aypa Power is seeking a Quality Specialist (Renewables) to support and execute its Quality program across multiple utility-scale energy storage and solar projects in North America. You will assist the HESQ Manager with audits, observations, NCRs, and continuous improvement activities, while helping develop quality processes and training for field personnel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, construction management, or related field.
• 5+ years of BESS and/or solar construction experience; ASQ CQI, CQE or CCQM certification preferred.
• ISO-9001-2015 Auditor certification is preferred or obtainable within 1 year.
• OSHA 30 and NFPA70E training preferred or obtainable within 1 year.
• Strong working knowledge of complex electrical systems and components.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, plus presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support and execute the Quality program across multiple projects.
• Review quality Manuals, ITPs, checklists, and turnover documentation against requirements.
• Observe construction work for conformance to drawings and standards.
• Lead project quality meetings and manage KPI reporting.
• Develop training curricula for field personnel and assist with O&M warranty work.
