Job summary

Primoris Renewable Energy is seeking a Site Quality Manager for PV and BESS projects. The role leads the site quality program, supervises Site Quality Technicians, and ensures compliance with project specs and quality standards from construction through turnover.

The ideal candidate has hands-on utility-scale PV and BESS quality experience, including a minimum of two years in BESS and prior involvement in at least one 100 MW+ PV project. Travel and relocation to project sites are required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on construction quality experience on utility-scale PV projects.
• Minimum two years in BESS construction, testing, or commissioning.
• Experience on at least one 100 MW+ PV project.
• Ability to develop Quality Plans and ITPs; manage NCRs.

Responsibilities

• Lead site quality program for PV and BESS projects, supervising QA/QC staff.
• Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Plans and ITPs; manage NCRs.
• Perform quality audits, inspections, testing, and witness points across scopes.
• Coordinate with construction, engineering, commissioning, and clients.
• Deliver training and coach on-site teams; drive continuous improvement.
