Job summary

Clean Power Staffing seeks an experienced Site Quality Manager to oversee QA/QC activities for utility-scale solar and BESS projects. You will ensure construction meets project specifications, drawings, and client requirements, leading onsite QA/QC and coordinating with EPCs and Owners.

The role requires 5+ years in construction QA/QC, the ability to read drawings and ITPs, and strong communication. Travel and onsite work are expected to support multiple project sites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction QA/QC experience in utility-scale solar or energy storage.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and ITPs.
• Experience managing subcontractors and onsite QA/QC teams.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; OSHA 30 preferred.
• Willingness to travel and work onsite.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage onsite QA/QC activities throughout construction.
• Develop and implement project-specific Quality Plans, ITPs, inspections, and documentation.
• Oversee quality activities across civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and BESS systems.
• Conduct inspections, audits, and quality walkthroughs to identify and resolve deficiencies.
• Manage RFIs, NCRs, punch lists, corrective actions, and closeout documentation.
• Coordinate with EPC contractors, subcontractors, Owners, Engineers, and project management.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, standards, and approved drawings.
• Maintain accurate quality records and provide regular reporting to project leadership.
