Job summary

Primoris Renewable Energy seeks a Site Quality Manager – PV & BESS to lead site quality assurance across utility-scale PV and battery storage projects. You will supervise Site Quality Technicians, develop project-specific Quality Plans and ITPs, and drive NCR closure from discovery through turnover on multiple sites nationwide.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of verifiable hands-on BESS construction experience.
• Experience on at least one PV project of 100 MW or greater.
• Ability to develop and implement Quality Plans and ITPs.
• Experience managing NCRs through root-cause analysis and closure.
• Lean Six Sigma knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze construction, operational, and quality processes to identify risks and improvements.
• Review drawings, specs, and submittals to ensure compliance.
• Establish first-work inspections, hold points, and quality controls.
• Monitor KPIs and report to stakeholders with insights.
• Lead site QA/QC inspectors and supervise site quality technicians.
• Provide on-site training on ITPs and QA processes.
