Job summary

Primoris Renewable Energy seeks a Site Quality Manager – PV & BESS to lead the site quality program across utility-scale PV and Battery Energy Storage System projects. You will supervise Site Quality Technicians, ensure compliance with project specs, and drive quality from construction through turnover at multiple field sites.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on QA/QC experience on PV and BESS projects, including at least two years in BESS, and proven ability to implement Quality Plans, NCR

Qualifications

Hands-on construction quality experience on utility-scale PV and BESS projects.
Minimum two years of verifiable BESS construction/quality experience.
Experience on at least one utility-scale PV project of 100 MW or greater.
Familiarity with Quality Plans and ITPs, NCR handling, and turnover processes.

Responsibilities

Lead site quality program across PV and BESS scopes.
Supervise Site Quality Technicians and coordinate with construction, engineering, commissioning, and clients.
Develop and implement project-specific Quality Plans and ITPs; manage NCRs and closure actions.
Monitor KPIs, document quality records, and report to stakeholders.
Facilitate continuous improvement using Lean Six Sigma methods.
