Job summary

Primoris Renewable Energy is seeking a Site Quality Manager – PV & BESS to lead the site quality program across utility-scale PV and battery storage projects. You will supervise Site Quality Technicians and ensure conformance to project specs and standards.

The role emphasizes hands-on QA/QC, developing ITPs, managing NCRs, coordinating with construction, engineering, and clients, and driving continuous improvement through Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Travel to project sites is required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on construction quality experience on utility-scale PV and BESS projects.
• Experience on at least one PV project 100 MW or greater.
• Ability to develop and implement project-specific Quality Plans and ITPs.
• Experience leading QA/QC inspectors and site teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage site quality analysis across PV/BESS sites and identify improvement opportunities.
• Maintain inspection records, NCRs, testing docs, punch lists, and turnover packages.
• Lead training on quality processes and drive right-first-time culture.
• Coordinate with construction, engineering, commissioning, and clients to resolve deficiencies.
