Job summary

Commonwealth Charter Academy in Harrisburg, PA seeks a Manager of Quality and School Support – Annual Process Operations. This role coordinates cyclical processes, ensures accuracy, timeliness, and readiness across assessments, truancy, shipping, and ITAR-related activities.

The position focuses on supervising frontline staff, daily workflow management, process optimization, and reporting while ensuring PA and federal compliance. Requires PA residency and commuting ability.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent certifications/experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Valid PA Driver's License and ability to commute to a Family Service Center.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of cyclical processes such as truancy workflows, ITR, and shipping logistics.
• Coordinate state-mandated assessments and readiness tracking including scheduling and materials.
• Develop working knowledge of the team’s key functions.
• Prioritize cross-training to expand workflow capacity as needed.
• Monitor queues and reallocate workloads to meet daily needs.
• Update SOPs, checklists, and tracking tools; propose improvements.
