A leading facilities management company is seeking a Quality Control Manager / Site Safety and Health Officer in Hawaii. This role involves overseeing quality management systems, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and conducting safety training. Candidates should have at least five years of experience in a similar role and possess strong communication skills. Formación

• At least five years of experience in projects of similar size and scope.
• Must have 5 or more years of continuous safety experience.
• Valid Driver License and insurable driving record required.

Responsabilidades

• Administer the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Perform inspections and identify corrective actions.
• Conduct safety training and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Develop and implement Site-Specific Safety Plans.
• Conduct and document safety orientations and meetings.

Conocimientos

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office)

Ability to work under pressure

Proven ability to develop Quality Plans and Procedures

Knowledge of customer service principles

Educación

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

Professional Safety Course

First Aid and CPR Certified

30 Hours OSHA General Industry or Construction Course
