Pratt Industries, Inc. seeks a Plant CI & Safety Leader to drive continuous improvement and safety across the facility, ensuring safe production of high-quality products for customers in a cost-effective manner.

You will provide leadership, planning, and coaching to teams while aligning with company policies. Responsibilities include directing the Quality Management System, resolving customer feedback through root-cause analysis, and maintaining GMP/SOP adherence.

Qualifications

• Experience leading manufacturing quality systems and improvements.
• Proven leadership experience in a plant environment.
• Proficient with MS Office and statistical analysis tools.

Responsabilités

• Directs the Quality Management System at the plant.
• Handles customer feedback with root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Supports safety as a top priority in training and compliance.
• Ensures product quality and right-first-time performance in CI teams.
• Upholds GMPs and SOPs; manages continuous improvement programs.
• Communicates needs to Production/Plant Manager and leadership team.
• Investigates incidents and oversees safety inspections and training.
• Maintains safety orientation for new hires and related paperwork.
