Job summary

Pratt Industries is seeking a Quality & Safety Technician to partner with production teams and management to uphold quality and safety standards in our Georgia plant. You will perform quality checks, assist with problem resolution, and ensure timely, safe production.

The role requires strong attention to detail, good communication, and the ability to work across multiple departments. Experience with GMPs and documentation control is a plus; overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Successful completion of pre-employment background and drug screen.
• Work overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Perform production quality checks and ensure safety guidelines are followed.
• Assist with control of non-conforming supplier defects and returns, sorting and reworks of damaged product.
• Support of weekly KPI's and/or compliances with CAR (corrective action reports).
• Follow GMPs (Good Manufacturing Processes) and Pratt Industries quality procedures.
• Enter, track, and resolve customer and internal quality complaints and root cause analysis.
