Job summary

Menk USA, LLC is seeking a Quality & Compliance Specialist to support the day-to-day functions of the Quality Management System and safety program. You will develop, implement, and train on QMS processes across management and manufacturing teams.

Qualifications

• Understanding of OSHA standards and OSHA 10-hour training.
• ISO 9001 Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor certification.
• Experience in a fast-paced office environment and strong customer service skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and basic office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Align quality documents with architecture and standards.
• Manage change control for new/revised quality docs with stakeholder review.
• Lead internal audits across functions to meet ISO 9001:2015 standards and annual audit schedule.
• Audit the effectiveness of QMS processes and keep the QMS updated.
• Support documentation control across departments and assist in safety program coordination.
• Create/update internal safety and environmental policies as needed.
• Assist in inventory and sustain 5S standards in the work area.
• Perform other related duties to support organizational goals.
