Job summary

Menk USA is looking for a Quality Assurance professional to support day-to-day QMS activities and execute the safety program across management and manufacturing teams. The role includes internal and external audits, change control, and policy upkeep to maintain ISO 9001:2015 compliance.

The position emphasizes 5S standards, incident investigations with root cause analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure quality and safety adherence throughout operations.

Qualifications

• Certified ISO 9001 Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor.
• 1–2 years of experience in a fast-paced office environment (e.g., ISO 9001).
• Customer service oriented with exceptional interpersonal skills.
• 1–2 years of active internal auditing in manufacturing or ISO 9001 environment.
• Associate's Degree; OSHA 10-hour training.

Responsibilities

• Maintain QMS documents and architecture; ensure alignment with standards.
• Manage change control for quality documents with stakeholder review.
• Plan, perform and track internal audits (~4 per month) and master schedule.
• Audit effectiveness of QMS; perform external/supplier audits.
• Support safety management, training and safety meetings.
• Create/update internal safety and environmental policies.
• Participate in inventory as requested; sustain 5S standards.
• Investigate incidents with root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Ensure ISO 9001:2015 and safety compliance across the site.
