Job summary
Amcor LLC is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot and repair electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems on production equipment. The role supports 24/7 production with emphasis on safety, quality, and reliability.
The candidate should have a High school diploma or GED and ideally an Associate Degree in Electrical/Electronic technology, with at least four years in industrial maintenance. Blown film manufacturing experience is a plus.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Four years minimum work experience in industrial maintenance.
- Experience with blown film manufacturing and converting equipment is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Proactively troubleshoots, repairs, and corrects mechanical, electrical, and process problems to ensure production capability.
- Provides 24/7 technical support for production.
- Leads assembly, installation, and upgrades of production equipment as needed.
- Maintains a neat and orderly work area and adheres to safety policies.
- Reads blueprints, drawings, and schematics; works with contractors when needed.
