Job summary

Amcor Flexibles, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and improve manufacturing equipment and facility systems for safe, efficient plant operations. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC-controlled machinery.

You will document repairs, participate in PMs, and collaborate with production and quality teams to achieve plant goals while upholding safety, ISO standards, and GMP principles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 2+ years in manufacturing or technical program preferred.
• 1-4 years experience in industrial manufacturing or equivalent.
• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skill sets.
• Proficient in Office 360, JDE, Coast.
• Negative drug screen and safety compliance required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, repair and improve manufacturing equipment and facilities.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC-controlled equipment.
• Document repairs, maintenance actions and safety checks; read and interpret manuals and work orders.
• Work with production and quality teams to meet plant and department goals.
• Uphold ISO standards and GMP practices; follow safety policies and LOTO procedures.
