Amcor is seeking a maintenance technician to perform preventive and repair maintenance on production machinery, ensuring continuous production of high-quality film. The role includes troubleshooting mechanical, electrical and process issues, providing 24/7 technical support, and coordinating parts through the JDE system.

The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of industrial electrical repair experience, knowledge of drives, instrumentation, and PLCs, and the ability to read blueprints.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Journeyman certification preferred.
• Experience in industrial electrical repair and drives is required.
• Ability to read mechanical/electrical blueprints and schematics.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair complex equipment.

Responsabilités

• Perform preventive and repair maintenance on production machinery.
• Provide 24/7 technical support for production.
• Use JDE to purchase and stock parts.
• Assemble and upgrade production lines or support equipment as needed.
• Inspect lines and schedule preventive maintenance.
