Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, repair and improve manufacturing equipment and facility systems to support safe and efficient plant operations. You will work closely with production, quality and maintenance teams, performing preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and PLC-controlled equipment.

We expect 1–4 years in an industrial setting or technical training, plus strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years in an industrial manufacturing environment or equivalent.
• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skill sets.
• Able to read and interpret equipment manuals and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and PLC-controlled equipment.
• Troubleshoot, repair and improve manufacturing equipment and facility systems.
• Document repairs and maintenance activities; inspects equipment safety and performance.
• Collaborate with production, quality and maintenance teams to meet plant goals.
• Operate safely following LOTO procedures and ISO standards.
