Job summary

Renewable Acres, Inc. is seeking a Quality Manager to lead the company-wide Quality Management Program across solar PV, battery storage, and related infrastructure.

This hands-on leadership role will work with executive leadership, project managers, engineers, and field teams to prevent quality issues and ensure project success. The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of construction quality experience in renewable energy, QA/QC program development, and strong collaboration and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of progressively responsible construction quality experience, preferably in renewable energy, electrical construction, power generation, or heavy civil construction.
• Experience implementing and administering Quality Management Systems and QA/QC programs.
• Experience managing quality across multiple concurrent construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction inspection and testing.
• Experience with NCRs, corrective actions, root-cause analysis, and quality audits.
• Experience interpreting drawings, specifications, technical requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Ability and willingness to travel regularly to active construction projects and operating facilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Quality Management, or related technical discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead company-wide implementation and administration of Renewable Acres' Quality Management Program.
• Develop and oversee project-specific Quality Plans and ITPs.
• Establish consistent quality requirements across projects and oversee inspection, testing, and documentation.
• Coordinate third-party inspections, testing agencies, and commissioning providers.
• Administer NCRs and corrective-action processes and monitor quality closeout.
