The role emphasizes safety, quality, and process improvement within a GMP environment, with direct accountability for daily staffing and training. The successful candidate will demonstrate leadership, strong communication, and the ability to train new employees while maintaining accurate payroll and inventory records.

Qualificações

• Leads and coaches production staff to meet quality and safety standards.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to train associates on processes.
• Comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
• Basic math, reporting, and record-keeping for production metrics.
• Familiarity with GMP/SOPs and safety policies in manufacturing.

Responsabilidades

• Direct daily duties and schedule assignments for associates.
• Monitor and improve processes to align with quality and safety goals.
• Audit job packets and ensure paperwork supports inventory accuracy.
• Maintain training records and ensure PPE and dress code compliance.
• Assist in new employee training and develop performance evaluations.
• Lead safety trainings and maintain proper shop floor housekeeping.
