Job summary

Melaleuca seeks a Production Supervisor for our Idaho Falls facility to oversee daily operations and staff performance. You will supervise scheduling, training, and compliance with GMPs, while maintaining product quality and safety standards.

Ideal candidates bring 2–3 years of manufacturing and supervisory experience, strong leadership, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Excellent benefits and on-site amenities accompany this role.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently under stress.
• Demonstrated leadership ability and coaching of staff.
• Ability to read/write and perform basic math for reports and records.
• Two to three years manufacturing experience and two to three years supervisory/management experience.
• Familiarity with SOPs and regulatory expectations.

Responsibilities

• Oversees ordering of supplies and vacation approvals.
• Ensures GMPs are followed and trains employees.
• Maintains training and attendance records and monitors procedures.
• Directs daily scheduling meetings and tracks payroll time cards (Kronos).
• Ensures safety procedures and quality standards are maintained.
• Communicates updates to associates and collaborates with Production Manager.
