Job summary

Melaleuca is seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor to lead QA programs at our Idaho Falls facility. You will oversee QA operations, ensure compliance with FDA regulations and internal standards, and drive continuous improvement across food, dietary supplement, cosmetic, and OTC products.

You will collaborate with operations to maintain product safety and regulatory excellence. The role requires a strong technical background, team leadership, and hands-on quality data analysis in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, food science, biology or related field required.
• Strong understanding of FDA regulations, GMPs, HACCP, preventive controls, and quality systems.
• Experience leading teams in a manufacturing or laboratory environment.
• Excellent attention to detail, documentation accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Statistical and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily QA oversight to ensure GMP adherence, sanitation, and process controls.
• Lead batch record reviews, CAPA and deviation management.
• Coordinate internal audits and support external inspections as QA SME.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs; analyze QA data to identify trends.
• Coach QA technicians and inspectors; ensure training and competency.
