Job summary

MELALEUCA INC in Rexburg, Idaho, is seeking a production associate for our on-site Manufacturing Plant. You will operate filling and sealing equipment, label products, palletize finished goods, and help maintain a clean, safe work area during a full-time evening shift from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM.

The role emphasizes quality control and teamwork, with opportunities to learn and grow within a reputable natural product line.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift a minimum of 65 lbs consistently for an 8-hour shift.
• Able to operate filling and sealing machinery safely.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up work area and sterilize tables and equipment.
• Fill bottles using filling machinery or manual process.
• Cap bottles, apply labels, and prepare pallets for shipping.
• Perform cleaning duties and maintain a clean workspace.
• Monitor product quality and batch numbers for accuracy.
• Assist in training other associates as needed.
• Complete reports and maintain logs.
