Job summary

Melaleuca: The Wellness Company is seeking a manufacturing supervisor to oversee daily production activities and ensure adherence to GMPs and SOPs. You will train associates, manage safety practices, and maintain accurate payroll and inventory records.

The role requires leadership, problem-solving, and the ability to coordinate with multiple departments to maintain product quality and efficiency. This is a full-time on-site position with standard shift expectations.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership ability and ability to train and supervise associates.
• Strong problem-solving skills with root-cause analysis.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math for reports and paperwork.
• Experience with ERP systems and manufacturing software.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates ability to use root problem solving skills to drive continuous improvement as we move towards our Operation’s Winning Aspirations.
• Has an in depth knowledge of the equipment and processes in the departments over which they have responsibility.
• Supports the Quality Production Supervisor in all responsibilities as required.
• Completes/audits job packets to meet company requirements.
• Ensures GMPs, SOPs, safety and company policies are trained and followed by production team members.
• Maintains training and attendance records on department personnel.
• Directs the assignment of daily duties to associates.
• Completes performance evaluations and/or discipline recommendations on associates.
• Keeps track of payroll time cards with UltiPro software.
