Job summary

The Department of Transportation seeks a Management Analyst Supervisor to serve as the laboratory's assigned Quality Manager, guiding quality improvements, data quality and customer satisfaction while leading a talented staff.

You will oversee quality management programs, accreditation processes, staff supervision, and training coordination; support safety initiatives and project delivery with timely results, and telework options may be available within Pennsylvania.

Qualifications

• One year of experience as a Management Analyst 2 or equivalent.
• Three years of progressively responsible experience in technical management analysis with a bachelor's degree.
• Any equivalent combination of experience and training.

Responsibilities

• Quality Oversight: Manage quality systems, standards and corrective actions to maintain accreditation
• Program Leadership: Guide staff through continuous improvement efforts and process evaluations
• Training Coordination: Maintain documentation and support employee certification and training compliance
• Safety Support: Assist with documentation and monitoring of laboratory safety programs
• Project Management: Coordinate work plans, distribute assignments, and ensure timely results
• Performance Review: Evaluate staff work, prepare assessments, and provide guidance for improvement
