Labcorp is hiring a Quality Associate in a remote role with a focus on issue management in R&D labs. The role requires strong communication across teams, timely escalation and resolution of internal quality issues, and data analysis to identify improvement opportunities.

Entry-level exposure within a QA team will be gained, with visibility across the organization. Minimum 4 years in a regulated environment, familiarity with Root Cause Analysis, CAPAs and effectiveness checks is required,

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a regulated organization.
• Experience with Root Cause Analysis, CAPAs and Effectiveness Checks.
• Strong ability to communicate across multiple teams and leaders.
• Six Sigma or Lean Six Sigma GB or BB Certification.

Responsibilities

• Use basic trend analysis tools to identify areas for improvement.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis
• Provide guidance and expedite to ensure timely resolution of quality issues.
• Act as a back up to the survey process.
• Assist the Quality Assurance team with other duties as assigned.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
