Job summary

You will lead root-cause analyses, implement corrective actions, and partner with operations, technology, and vendors to sustain improvements.

Reporting to the Director of Operations, this role emphasizes data-driven decision making, dashboards, audit readiness, and measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in quality management or related fields.
• Experience managing quality or continuous-improvement initiatives.
• Strong understanding of quality-management principles and corrective-action processes.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain quality standards, procedures, and controls.
• Monitor quality performance, identify trends and risks.
• Establish quality objectives and KPIs.
• Lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Coordinate audits and document control.
• Report metrics to leadership and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with operations, project management, tech, and business units.
• Manage vendor quality expectations and external partners.
