HealthBay is seeking a Quality Manager to own and advance our quality initiatives. You will partner with operations, project management, technology, and business teams to identify risks and drive practical improvements that enhance reliability and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in quality management, QA, operations, or related field.
• Strong experience with quality initiatives and continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of corrective-action processes and data-driven decision making.
• Experience analyzing performance data and identifying trends.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain quality standards, procedures, and controls.
• Monitor quality performance and identify trends and risks.
• Establish quality objectives and KPIs.
• Ensure teams follow quality requirements.
• Lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements.
• Coordinate quality reviews, audits, and regulatory compliance.
