HealthBay is seeking a Quality Manager who will own quality initiatives across departments to improve consistency, efficiency, performance, and customer outcomes. You will serve as a trusted resource to operational leadership, identifying quality risks, investigating recurring issues, establishing corrective actions, and developing sustainable improvements that the teams will actually follow.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in quality management or related field.
• Experience managing quality or continuous-improvement initiatives.
• Strong understanding of quality-management principles and corrective-action processes.
• Experience analyzing performance data and identifying trends.
• Strong problem-solving and root-cause-analysis skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain practical quality standards, procedures, and controls.
• Monitor quality performance and identify trends, risks, and areas needing attention.
• Establish and track quality objectives and key performance indicators.
• Ensure teams understand and consistently follow established quality requirements.
• Lead root-cause analysis and corrective-action initiatives.
• Develop practical solutions and monitor their effectiveness.
• Partner with teams to implement improvements and ensure changes are sustained.
• Monitor compliance with applicable requirements.
• Conduct or coordinate quality reviews, assessments, and internal audits.
• Communicate quality issues, trends, and recommendations to management.
