Job summary

HealthBay is seeking a Quality Manager to own quality initiatives, drive continuous improvement, and partner with operations, technology, and business teams to enhance consistency, efficiency, performance, and customer outcomes.

You will identify quality risks, investigate recurring issues, establish corrective actions, and develop sustainable improvements. The role requires leadership and a data-driven approach with a hybrid work model and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in quality management, quality assurance, operations, process improvement, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience managing quality or continuous-improvement initiatives.
• Strong understanding of quality-management principles and corrective-action processes.
• Experience analyzing performance data and identifying trends.
• Strong problem-solving and root-cause-analysis skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work effectively with both operational teams and senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain practical quality standards, procedures, and controls.
• Monitor quality performance and identify trends, risks, and areas requiring attention.
• Establish and track quality objectives and key performance indicators.
• Ensure teams understand and consistently follow established quality requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce errors, and eliminate recurring problems.
• Lead root-cause analysis and corrective-action initiatives.
• Develop practical solutions and monitor their effectiveness.
• Partner with teams to implement improvements and ensure changes are sustained.
• Conduct or coordinate quality reviews, assessments, and internal audits.
• Monitor compliance with applicable company, contractual, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain appropriate quality documentation and records.
• Support external audits and customer quality requirements when applicable.
• Analyze quality data and prepare clear reports for leadership.
• Develop dashboards and performance measurements where appropriate.
• Communicate quality issues, trends, and recommendations to management.
• Use data to identify opportunities for operational improvement.
• Work closely with operations, project management, technology, and business teams.
• Provide guidance and support when quality issues arise.
• Facilitate quality reviews and improvement initiatives.
• Build strong working relationships across departments and influence positive change.
• Monitor quality expectations for applicable vendors and service providers.
• Review vendor performance and help resolve recurring quality issues.
• Collaborate with external partners to establish appropriate quality standards.
