You will identify risks, investigate recurring issues, and develop sustainable improvements while partnering with operations and technology teams.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, dashboard creation, and a strong focus on continuous improvement and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in quality management or related fields.
• Experience leading quality or continuous-improvement initiatives.
• Strong understanding of quality-management principles and corrective-action processes.
• Experience analyzing performance data and identifying trends.
• Strong problem-solving and root-cause-analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain practical quality standards, procedures, and controls.
• Monitor quality performance and identify trends, risks, and areas requiring attention.
• Establish and track quality objectives and key performance indicators.
• Lead root-cause analysis and corrective-action initiatives.
• Develop dashboards and performance reports for leadership.
• Partner with teams to implement improvements and ensure changes are sustained.
